• External Links: Any media, audio previews, or tracks featured or linked on the Platform are hosted externally via third-party services (e.g., SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, Suno, Udio). We bear no responsibility or liability for the availability, content, or terms of those external platforms.
• Licensing & Pure Competition Status: The website operates independently as a creative contest and promotional showcase. The website operates completely outside of any necessary special commercial gaming, lottery, or betting licenses because this is pure competition, skill-based evaluation, and public voting with no gambling involved. No stakes, wagers, or chance-based financial betting are utilized, hosted, or encouraged on the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Artist Responsibility

• Artist Sole Responsibility: You warrant and represent that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances for any submission, text, graphic, concept, or link you provide to the Platform.
• Copyright Indemnification: The artist/creator is solely and exclusively responsible for copyright compliance, licensing, and originality. The Platform disclaims any and all liability for copyright infringement, unauthorized sample usage, or intellectual property disputes arising from submitted entries. We reserve the right to remove any listing immediately upon notice of a copyright violation.
• Protection of Ideas: While the Platform provides a public showcase environment, we do not guarantee legal protection or patent/copyright registration for creative concepts or ideas. Submitting an idea or entry to the Platform is done at your own risk. Creators are encouraged to take independent legal measures to protect their intellectual property.

4. Voluntary Participation

• Completely Voluntary: Participation in The Official AI Music Awards, whether as a submitter, nominee, voter, or general visitor, is 100% voluntary.
• No Employment or Agency: Participation does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Platform.

5. Payments, Fees, and Non-Refundable Policy

• Non-Refundable Transactions: All fees paid to the Platform (including but not limited to submission fees, entry fees, featured placement fees, or ticket/merchandise purchases where applicable) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including disqualification, withdrawal of an entry, event cancellation, or technical errors on the user's end.
• Final Sale: Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, charged back, or refunded.

6. Fair Voting System & Platform Limitations

To maintain integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure a fair voting environment, the Platform enforces strict automated limits:

• Vote Limits: Each user/voter is strictly limited to a maximum of one (1) vote per day per IP address (or device footprint).
• Like Limits: Content likes, reactions, or interactions are strictly capped at a maximum of one (1) like per IP address (or device footprint) per item/entry (max 10 total likes displayed).
• Anti-Cheat Measures: Any attempt to bypass voting limits using scripts, bots, VPNs, proxies, automated tools, or coordinated manipulation will result in immediate disqualification of the entries involved, permanent ban of the associated accounts/IPs, and forfeiture of any fees paid.
• Views Do Not Increase Votes: Platform view counts, impressions, or analytics metrics are purely informational. Having a high view count does not automatically increase, translate to, or guarantee an increase in votes, scores, or rankings on the Platform. Votes must be cast actively through the designated fair voting mechanisms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

• "As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Official AI Music Awards, its operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation, use of the site, voting outcomes, technical downtime, or loss of data.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
